How it works

Four steps, and you only do the first one.

01

Describe the job

Titles you want, titles you never want, where you will work, and how senior. Two minutes, once.

02

We read the boards

Every morning we crawl Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Workday pages directly. No aggregators, so no dead listings.

03

Everything gets scored

Each posting is matched against your criteria and given a fit score with the reasons attached.

04

One email arrives

Only on days with something new. If a crawl looked unreliable, we tell you that too.

Every match says why

A score on its own is a black box. Rozgar shows the parts it matched on — title, seniority, location, skills — so you can tell in a second whether it read your CV properly.

Disagree with one? Skip it and it stops appearing. If a whole kind of role keeps arriving, add it to the titles your search never shows.

Searching needs no account. An account gives your job hunt a home: every match you’re weighing, and every application you’ve sent, in one place instead of fifteen tabs and a spreadsheet.

Matches

A shortlist you can work through

Each morning’s matches land on your Matches page as well as in your inbox, best fit first, each with the reasons it matched. Mark the ones worth a closer look as Interested, keep a private note on any of them, and skip the rest — a skipped posting stops appearing.

Short on time? Filter to strong fits only, or to one employer.

Applications

Every application, and how long it’s been waiting

Mark a match Applied and it moves to your Applications page. It counts the days since you applied, and anything three weeks without an answer is flagged, so you know exactly who is due a follow-up. Interviews keep their date, and one click puts the next one at the top.

What we do with your data

Short version: we send you jobs. That’s the whole business.

No tracking pixels

Not on the site, not in the email. We cannot tell whether you opened it and we do not want to.

Your CV stays yours

It is used to score postings and nothing else. No recruiter can search for you here.

Nothing is sold

We do not sell or share your data with employers, recruiters, or advertisers. There is no such deal.

Delete means delete

One click removes your account, your searches and your CV from our systems.

Questions

Where do the jobs come from?

Directly from the applicant tracking systems companies host their own careers pages on — Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Workday. We read the source, so a posting disappears from Rozgar when the company takes it down.

How is this different from a job board?

Boards make money from placement. Nothing here is sponsored, promoted or paid for — search results are ordered by date or title, and the daily email is ordered by how well a posting fits you. You can search without an account; what signing up adds is the daily email, so you can stop checking, and a tracker for everything you apply to.

What does the fit score mean?

How well a posting matches the search you defined, added up from title, seniority, location and skills. It is a running total rather than a percentage, so it is worth reading against the other scores in the same sweep rather than against 100. Every score shows its parts, so you can tell when it got something wrong.

Will recruiters contact me?

No. Your profile is not visible to anyone. Rozgar is a one-way tool: jobs come to you, and you apply on the company site yourself.

What does it cost?

Nothing.

Set one search. Read one email. Track every application.

Takes about two minutes, and it’s free.
